I would like to nominate Pascal Filion to be a committer on the EclipseLink
project.

Pascal has been involved with the EclipseLink code base since joining the
original TopLink team in 1999. Pascal has been actively involved in
developing tooling support for TopLink and now EclipseLink with both the
workbench utility, the integration with Oracle JDeveloper, and the WTP Dali
project.

Pascal's primary role as a committer will be to integrate and maintain the
Hermes parser which he is a primary author of. The Hermes parse was
recently added to the EclipseLink project (bug 331817) and will require
dedicated resources.
