Hi,

The Specification Committee decided on the call of March 6, 2024, that the changes made to the plan warrant a Progress Review to be held. This review was immediately initiated following the call and will likely pass according to the members present as no objections to the plan were made. 

The project is encouraged to carry out the activities to implement the plan in parallel with the progress review and not wait until the final result of the vote. 

From the minutes:

"We will run the progress review and recommend the project continues with the plan while we vote."
