HI Christoph,

We have not tried E4 Apps. The only hint I can give you is to try RedDeer 2.0.0 (latest milestone is here [1]).  
But we did not put any effort in Recorder part for 2.0.0 release so the code it generates will probably be outdated.

I have created an issue to investigate RedDeer and E4 apps[2].
