First of all, thanks for reaching us and for you interest in RedDeer.

So far, this mailing list is possible way how to reach us or use Mattermost chat hosted on Eclipse.

As of eclipse forum you have mentioned, we have not yet consider using it as it seems to be closing in future. 

There is no private/enterprise support from the side of RedHat, as far as I know.

So, to sum up, in case you have any question, suggestion, etc. reach us on mailing list reddeer-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx or in the chat room https://mattermost.eclipse.org/eclipse/channels/reddeer.
