I am reasonably happy with the new Github discussions forum, and with that and the gitter chat I feel we have more than enough ways to engage with the user community.

With that in mind, I want to shut down the rdf4j-users mailinglist soon, so that we are not "spread too thin".

Any objections to doing this by the end of this week?
