We have a decent set of fixes lined up (see https://github.com/eclipse/rdf4j/milestone/70?closed=1 ) so I'm proposing to do a 3.7.1 patch release next week (Thursday or Friday, possibly in the weekend depending on when I can find the time).

There's one open issue currently scheduled for 3.7.1, which has a draft PR. See https://github.com/eclipse/rdf4j/issues/3102 . Would be good if we can get that finished and included, but not a blocker IMO.

Anything else we want to include?
