You need to specify the -a option in
the 'Other Options' field at the bottom of the job submission tab. Since
it's an 'other' option, you need to specify both the -a flag and the value
as you would on a command line.

Any environment variables needed by
LSF need to be specified in the environment tab of the run configuration.

Hi,

two rather newbie questions on the above run configuration -

1. If the remote site requests to specify something for '#BSUB -a', where
do I 
enter this value in the Iob submission tab ?

2. I am missing support for task_geometry. As this is an environment variable
(LSB_PJL_TASK_GEOMETRY), should I enter it in the "Environment"
tab ?
