[ptp-dev] Finding the directory where remote projects run

Greetings,

First, some good news: I am generating TAU profile data on a remote machine using PTP mediated remote building and batch submission.  Now I need to dig in to the performance data management side of things.

To start out, I need to know where the RM's execute the jobs.  For example, the batch script generated by the RM does a cd to '/mnt/netapp/home1/wspear/' before executing the constructed run command.  That directory is where the profile data will be created, so I need to know how to get that value out of the launch configuration or RM.  I'll dig around for it but if someone (Al?) could let me know off the top of their head that would be great.

This isn't strictly necessary for TAU since I can manually specify other data output directories, but I will definitely need this to support other tools that just dump their output in the execution directory.

Thanks,
Wyatt
