The Photran help files changed in the previous release and again in this one, so it's a moving target. :)

Yeah, I removed the installation instructions from the online help because they're also kind of a moving target. :)

The "Getting Started" page should be a safe (stable) target, but if you'd prefer a TOC page, please file a bug and I'll try to get it in.  Our help plug-in is generated from the wiki markup, so I need to change the generator to do this...
