I have renamed org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.help as org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.doc.user
Please delete your old one, if it was in your workspace, and check out the new one.

I think i will go ahead and create help plugin for org.eclipse.ptp.etfw.doc.user as well. May be effectively empty for now, and point to wiki URL.
Gives us room for expanding it later.
