I think it had nothing to do with how you moved it. I had to delete a cvsps cache file to get it working.

I've renamed org.eclipse.ptp.help to org.eclipse.ptp.doc.user to bring it in line with other projects. You'll need to delete the old help from your workspace and checkout the new one.
