Two things I promised to include URLs for during the meeting, so I'll repeat them here (they are also in the minutes)
1. Test plan wiki page for PTP 5.0
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/testing/5.x All PTP contributors (committers and other interested parties) are encouraged to add themselves to the test matrix.
2. How to setup API baselines

FYI API baselines make your eclipse workbench warn you when you are changing PTP APIs to be different from 4.0, and "encourage" you to add e.g. a "@since 5.0" tag annotation to the changed/added API.
Please correct me if anything isn't right.
