[ptp-dev] C/C++ project's Refactor menu is hijacked by Photran?

See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=340538
which I filed under Photran but I'd like some other opinions in the broader PTP community.
Basically, there is a "Refactor" menu in Photran that shows up on C/C++ projects, and i mistakenly looked for "rename" within it (because that is where I am accustomed to finding it)
It only contains Photran refactoring things, so i was confused.
Actually there is a "Rename" menu right there on the context menu, but I looked right past it.
So should this menu show up on non-Fortran projects?

With the epp-parallel package being easier to install than straight Eclipse+CDT+PTP, More PTP users will, I think, install Photran.
