The new all-in-one "Eclipse IDE for Parallel Application Developers" in the M5 build at http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/m5
-- is missing some Fortran and RDT components. We're working on this.
For now I would suggest installing it and then using the Indigo update site to install Fortran and RDT on top of it to get the missing pieces, if you need them.
