Hi Greg,I tested out the 4.0.4 build by thoroughly testing GEM, creating some new MPI projects and some remote connections, etc, and everything worked smoothly for me.
One thing I did notice though, was some buggy behavior in the Parallel Tools pref pages. If you click the Parallel Tools top level, then click anywhere else, you can never get out of the mode shown (see attached image). This forces you to cancel and reopen preferences again. Maybe a bad or missing initial value?
I noticed this a while back and stumbled on it again just now. I'm running Linux 64-bit Helios.
