[ptp-dev] Location of 'Services' view in open views list

I was just looking at the services view and realized that 'Services' is a 
top level node in the 'Show View' display with Service Configurations a 
child of that node. Since Services are part of PTP, shouldn't the Services 
node be a child of the PTP node?
