While testing the install on today's build...
When I check RDT in the install feature list it fails with the error below
I have base CDT (Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers, so no UPC or xlc or extra features)
No RSE either
I tried to install all of PTP except for the PLDT UPC feature
It fails with:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: PTP Remote Development Tools 3.0.0.200909251826 (org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.feature.group 3.0.0.200909251826)
Missing requirement: XL C/C++ Remote Managed Build Support 1.0.0 (org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.managedbuilder.xlc.ui 1.0.0) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.xlc.ui 6.0.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: PTP Remote Development Tools 3.0.0.200909251826 (org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.feature.group 3.0.0.200909251826)
To: org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.managedbuilder.xlc.ui [1.0.0]
Why should it require the CDT XLC feature?
