Vrushali,

There should be a "bin" directory in org.eclipse.ptp.linux.x86_2.0*.  In this directory there should be (assuming your build succeeded) an executable called "ptp_orte_proxy". You need to enter the full path to this executable in the "Path to proxy executable" box.
