[ptp-dev] Queue for MPI jobs

Hi,

The MPI resource manager uses a default queue to launch jobs. The RTSJob 
from the MPI Runtime System always adds the job to the default queue. 
But the attributes from the launch configuration also contain queue 
information.

May I get the queue from the launch attributes? Because my refactored 
MPI Runtime System does not have access anymore to the queue as did the 
original MPI RS.
