Wyatt,

Should the org.eclipse.ptp.perf.tau.jars package be included in the  
project set? I guess it should since it's in the feature. Also, is  
there anywhere I can just download the jars, or do I need to get all  
of tau? Finally, is Photran a mandatory pre-requisite for TAU, or is  
it optional? If optional, then it should be a separate feature.
