[ptp-dev] PTP 1.1.1

I'm going to spin a 1.1.1 version of PTP to fix this bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=173142. However there are still a number of open bugs on 1.1:

Would people please update the status to WONTFIX if you are not going to fix these bugs, or let me know if you are and when the fix is likely to be ready?
