Technology and Scripting is where Greg's talk is located and where I put mine, at any rate.  The 'more info' section of the technology and scripting category has a link to the PTP site, as I recall.

better to
submit it in the same place as PTP.  Unless you are using the TPTP
framework, I think there is more of a relationship with Parallel
Tools.
