[ptp-dev] Another PLDT build

Another PLDT build has been uploaded and on the ptp builds page
http://eclipse.org/ptp/builds.php
Today's build make a cleaner install (all plugins jarred) and even the new
project wizard,
that automatically adds includes for MPI projects, works.  It didn't in the
previous build.
The help has been updated/corrected too.
