[ptp-dev] Updated PTP help - please review

I have checked in updates to most all of the help files.
Most all the screenshots are now of Linux (not windows!)
I left the Mac screenshots for much of the debug and perspectives help.
There are a few gifs from windows but they are mostly in the details,
not the whole perspective, so they may be ok, and not too obtrusive/misleading. :-)

The most changes are in the files for launching, and preferences.
Nathan, I made up some info about the developer mode and Viewer preferences,
so please have a look.  I added more description and clarification in many places.
I didn't change much in the description of the debug perspective - that was reasonably
detailed already, but someday I'll add more words describing what is done in pictures now.
I don't *think* alot of function has changed there; please correct me if I'm wrong.

Under "Launching parallel programs the old way" (02pLaunchOld.html)
it turns out we had two descriptions in different places, using cdt launcher, and external programs.
Are they both valid?  I put them both here together, and just linked them from the 'how to launch'
page, so they aren't prominent.

Let me know if any of my examples are too lame.
I'm only running on one machine, obviously, so only one icon in runtime perspective,
but i left several of those with the Mac screenshots.

PLEASE review this, guys, I'd really like to have it be right for the 1.0 final.
I checked it in against HEAD, Greg, sorry, forgot to do it against RC4, but since
it's only in the org.eclipse.ptp.help plugin, perhaps that's not too bad.

You can review this in your own workbench, or perhaps easier
in the copy that's posted on the website, under 'documentation'
but linked directly here:
