[platform-ui-dev] Latest EGit allows to fetch existing Gerrit reviews without blocking due to network traffic

Friends of Platform UI,
You may want to instant latest and greatest EGit:
http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates-nightly
Nice features:
- Add all / Remove all buttons in staging view
- Tooltips buttons to add from a complex selection in staging view
And, my personal favorite: a Fetch From Gerrit button which allows you
to fetch the latest revision.
No need to wait until the dialog downloads all revisions. Simply press
"Finish" and if the Change is valid, it will download the latest patch
set.
