[platform-swt-dev] How to change shell trim

Hi,

I want to change the shell trim to remove the close option on a view I have 
written that extends ViewPart. How do I do this? It appears these flags can 
only be set when the Shell is created.

Also is there a way to tell if dispose is being called because the user 
closed the view explicitly as opposed to all of Eclipse is being close.
