We believe this build failure was caused
by the new org.eclipse.equinox.p2.publisher bundle. Its version number
had no qualifier, so an older copy of the bundle was being used at build
time. This has been fixed and tagged, and we'll be educating the p2 committers
on the value of four part version numbers.  However, there is another
publisher bug currently under investigation that needs to be fixed before
we can rebuild. We'll advise when we are ready for a rebuild.
