We are seeing the same UI test failures (org.eclipse.ui.tests_linux.gtk.x86) in the nightly build. Again, it seems that there is something about the test machine that causes the tests to fail. Could it be that another process is running on the machine that gets focus instead of Eclipse, or opens a window that obscures Eclipse's?
