 Right now I'm running the performance baselines and would like those
to complete before I start the build.

This is an intermittent test failure (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=141654), and a problem with
the test, so the build is still good.  Also note that the fix for
bug
152052 (see rebuild request) does not affect the SDK, so from a Platform/UI
point of view, M20060906-1737 can be used for testing/verification.
