We are still investigating one of the test failures in UI (see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=126566).
The other UI test failures do not affect the quality of the build:
The test failures in org.eclipse.ui.tests.views.properties.tabbed
(testing a new plug-in) have been addressed.
The JFace test failures on Windows are intermittent failures and
probably have been caused by other tests running concurrently, or
somebody using the test machine while the tests were running.
