[platform-releng-dev] Map file version tags

I see that the map files in org.eclipse.releng are version-tagged with
the version of the I-build they are released for.

Is this done manually by the team releasing the version, or does it
happen automatically as part of the releng process (or manually by
someone on the releng team)?
