As per the 3.0.2 end-game plan (http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/eclipse-project-home/plans/3_0/freeze_plan_3_0_2.html),
the RC2 test pass is being extended by 1 day and the RC3 build is scheduled
for Friday March 11, 8 am EST.  All teams are requested to report
successful completion of their test pass by 18:00 EST Thurdsay March 10.
