Feb. 16  Wed 12:00 EDT   Release Candidate 1 build
Feb. 23  Wed 12:00 EDT   Release Candidate 2 build
Feb. 24  Thu 08:00 EDT   Start of test pass against RC2
Mar.  8  Tue 17:00 EDT   End of test pass against RC2 
Mar.  9  Wed 12:00 EDT   Release Candidate 3 build (if required)
Mar. 18  Fri   Release 3.0.2 available
