[platform-releng-dev] Confusing test status

I have just checked the latest integration
build and all the platforms are marked with a red X. When I clicked the
red X for Windows, it shows that the reason for the X is the DNF error
for org.eclipse.swt.tests_linux.gtk. Why would Windows build show  a
red X for a Linux GTK failure ?? Also, why are Linux GTK tests even listed
for Windows?
