No rebuild requested by SWT for the maintainance build. The problem is with the test machine that cannot see certain websites used in our tests - bug 84888 is tracking this issue. Nightly build SWT tests failed again because I missed one remaining reference to an inaccessible website in the tests.

For now, SWT junit tests have been updated in 3.0 maintainance and 3.1 HEAD. Verified the new tests in HEAD pass in the test machine.
