I have updated the org.eclipse.sdk.tests
feature and have updated test scripts in org.eclipse.releng.eclipsebuilder
to run tests in this plug-in.

JDT Core moved its performance tests to a new plugin:
org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.performance.
The project is already in dev.eclipse.org. It contains a test.xml as
required.
The jdtcore.map file now references it.

Can the Releng team please add this plugin to the build process ?
