We are also planning on including fixes for the following bugs:
+ Bug 65339.  [FastView] FastViews added to fixed perspectives are still 
closeable
+ Bug 67552.  Non-externalized string in UI

The following bug has been moved to Platform-Search:
+ Bug 65512.  [Workbench] Global Search Menu: incorrect ordering of menu items

We have deferred on the following bugs:
+ Bug 66765.  [Workbench] Minimized views are lost / View Refuses to Minimize
+ Bug 66974.  [EditorMgmt] Hidden editors in other areas after closing 
maximized editor
