[platform-releng-dev] no go for testing from Platform/Core

There are a couple of problems with today's builds (8pm as well) that we
feel would make testing tomorrow a frustrating experience for users.

AssertionFailed in Java Editor -

Outline view occasionally empty - (sorry, I can't seem find the bug id
right now)
ctrl-o doesn't filter correctly -

We are happy with the Platform/Core contribution so if others feel that we
can test with today's build, then we have nothing new to contribute.
