Thread-topic: Language packs for Eclipse 3.0? I18N? L10N?

Does Eclipse 3.0 has been internationalized (I18N)? In the downloads
page I can see that only 2.1.2 language packs are available. What about
Eclipse 3.0? What about localization (L10N)? 

Is there any plan for I18N/L10N on Eclipse 3.0? Where can I find more
information about this?
