Why are you getting rid of the doc component?
 The doc component on bugzilla is useful for separating out the doc
bugs (more consistant than tagging things [doc]).  Everyone who has
commit rights has also gotten rights to the doc plug-in.  So I don't
see any reason to change anything.

Just to let everyone know, I started the process to axe
the PDE Documentation component.
    https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=284063

Everyone that is a PDE committer should have commit rights to documentation.

This leaves us with these five components:

eclipse.pde.api
eclipse.pde.build
eclipse.pde.ds
eclipse.pde.ui
eclipse.incubator.pde

If anyone is against this, please speak up now or forever
hold your peace.
