[papyrus-rt-dev] Console error dialog on Oxygen

Hi,

I have a fresh workspace for Oxygen stream and I have weird behaviour with
consol output.
Instead of std output written to the console view it brings up a popup
dialog like snapshot below.
I did not find any preference setting that would fix this. Never had this
thing before.

Does anyone know how to fix this so that the output goes to the console
view?
