- Papyrus Designer has no other release, so default to 1.0.3 still
but I wouldn’t mind simplifying this by just letting Papyrus, CDT, and Git be fetched from the Neon Simultaneous Release along with everything else. Will the EMF Compare build that we want to target also be available in the Neon Simrel?
