[papyrus-rt-dev] Bundles and features updated to version 0.8

Hi, Team,

This is a heads-up that the versions of all features and bundles in the Papyrus-RT repository are now updated from version 0.7.2 to version 0.8.0.

It should not affect on-going bug fixing work or other development, nor software updates (e.g., in the tester Oomph setup), except that you might have merge conflicts in bundle manifests that should be quite easy to resolve.
