No. These bundles are all in existing features (for tester setup) and in an existing git folder (for developer setup) from which projects are already imported (they seamlessly fall into the “Core” sub-project).

This is a heads-up that new bundles are
merged [1] today in the master branch that are required by
the org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.core bundle. So, if you
pull the latest from Gerrit, you will have some red Xes until you
import this new project into your workspace:
- org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.system.profile
Also accompanying this is its companion validation
bundle org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.system.profile.validation,
which is not actually required but which you might enjoy.
