[papyrus-rt-dev] New merged system profile is missing code

I just pulled the repo and got many errors which seem due to the new system element profile missing generated code (below).

Isn't that code supposed to be committed to the repo? If not how are they to be generated?

Export-Package: org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.system.profile.systemelements,

 org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.system.profile.systemelements.impl,

 org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.system.profile.systemelements.util

Please fix this soon, because now my development environment is broken.
