I want to see whether I can reproduce the failure in my local Linux build environment, and, if so, take a stab at remote-debugging it before I give up.  Whether I had any alternative or not, I feel responsible at least so far.  😀  If I need to give it up, I’ll return the bug to the inbox and un-assign it.

I would expect this to be pulling the repository from the Papyrus-Neon-Developer build.  This actually broke both the developer environment and Gerrit builds for Papyrus-RT today, because of some churn in bundle versions on Papyrus master branch and the circular dependency problem that we have with this Papyrus Developer component.
