us IC monthly general teleconference. Meeting agenda will be send before e
nd-of-day on the Friday prior to the meeting.\n\nPlease note that the meet
ings that are scheduled the month following the end of a quarter will be u
sed as Quarterly Report meetings. This means that the monthly meetings in
April\, July\, October\, and January (except for this year) will be consid
ered as Quarterly meetings. We may have to find an alternative for the Jul
y meeting as many people might be on vacations.\n\nAlso\, I have not sched
uled any meeting in December at this point. This specific meeting will hav
e to be scheduled earlier in the month since it will most probably be the
meeting during which we present the final budget and plan for the followin
