Configuration Admin TCK Update:
- TCK failing for Equinox - Christoph explains that an event must be generated at the end of a coordination, even if the end state is invisible.
- Intermediate state does leak (e.g. DS looking up configurations) - we must always provide the end state event to notify of the final state
- Christoph to update the specification text to clarify that events must always occur, and briefly explain why
Feature Launcher Specification: - Feature Launcher should create a builder to reduce usage complexity
- Use ID throughout the FeatureRuntime and InstalledFeature to ensure type safe protection of data
- Implies that InstalledFeature is not a DTO any more
- Does not mean live objects - still a snapshot
