Hi Team,

Since current GF (6.2) targets Java 11/class version 55 anyway, and
there is even Java 17 considered for upcoming Jakarta EE as minimum -
I propose https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/1054 which sets
release used for compilation to 11 (and fixes some details to have it
possible).

With no objection within the week - I will merge 1054.
