[openmq-dev] Background of fscontext.jar

Hi everyone

I have a problem understanding where fscontext.jar comes from.

Compared the jar checked-in into openmq repository, and with the
exception in MANIFEST.MF - it is the same as
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/sun/messaging/mq/fscontext/
(all versions seem to be the same).
Unfortunately, there is no -sources jar in central.
There are no sources of that fscontext.jar in the openmq repository either.

For now - I propose https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/1004
to remove the binary file and use it as a dependency.
